SAMe(S-adenosylmethionine) is a chiral molecule, specifically a coenzyme, found in every cell of the human body. It is found in virtually every tissue and fluid in the body and is required in a myriad of biochemical reactions. The main action for which it is known is its marked activity on the central nervous system and on the modulation of depressive states.
