Shipping to Italy (B2C)

Tsunami Nutrition ships nationwide within 24/48 hours of receiving your order. We at Tsunami Nutrition want to help you quickly with any of your needs.

Order processing time

All deliveries (excluding islands) are made via ground transportation within 24/48 hours after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays and Sundays or holidays).
If you have any problems with receiving your package, you can open a specificTICKET where you can report the issue to our Customer Service who will mobilize as soon as possible to try to solve it. We take the utmost care and attention during the preparation of your order, but we can't do anything against the unexpected. If you notice any visible physical damage on the package, please sign with reservations at the time of delivery. We need photographic proof, so take a photo of the package and email it to our Customer Service Department so we can assess your case and possibly arrange for the return and/or replacement of the damaged product(s). Please note that it is not possible for us to give a guarantee on the delivery time as it is not directly dependent on us, but we will take care to ensure our best efforts in handling your order.

Shipping charges

Shipping costs are free in Italy for all orders of €29.00 or more, for lower amount the shipping cost is €7.00.

* Overseas shipping is free for orders over €109.00 provided the order includes products with a total weight of less than 5 kg. For all orders that include packages weighing more than 5 kg, you will be contacted by Customer Service who will inform you of any additional charges. Any additional charges and customs duties are the responsibility of the Customer. ** In the case of shipments to the Balearic Islands, the charges are 35 € for orders with an amount over 109 €. For orders with an amount less than 109 €, the shipping charges are 45 €. All shipments abroad do not accept payment on delivery. Delivery will take place approximately between 09:00 and 18:00 hours. In case you are not available, the courier will place the goods in storage and, after two unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will have to be the one to unlock the package by following the directions that the courier will leave you. Phone calls and scheduled times for delivery are extra and optional services that the area courier will decide whether to make after you call. Please remember that at the time of purchase you have already paid the shipping charges so when you receive your package you will not have to incur additional charges, but simply enjoy your order!
