Vitamins and Minerals are essential nutrients for the health and well-being of our bodies as they are involved in numerous processes and reactions designed to keep our bodies healthy.

Vitamins are essential nutrients for the health and proper functioning of our body, in total there are as many as 13 divided into two different groups: fat-soluble vitamins, i.e., vitamins A, D, E,K) and water-soluble vitamins (vitamin C and B vitamins). Usually our body can produce them on its own, however, these amounts are not sufficient to meet daily requirements. For this reason, it is useful and recommended to take vitamin supplements such as multivitamins or specific vitamin supplements (such as vitamin c, b group and vitamin D supplements).
